Candidate Forum

The Sauk Valley Area Chamber of Commerce will host a candidate forum March 28, 2017 at 6:30pm at Woodlawn Arts Academy. All candidates running for City of Sterling City Council Aldermen, Sterling School Board, Sterling Park District Board, Sterling Township Supervisor, and Sterling Township Trustee have been invited to participate in the March 28th event.
The chamber’s candidate forum provides an outlet for candidates to state their individual positions on numerous issues as well as providing an opportunity for members of the public to ask candidates questions. This event is free and open to the public. 
The Chamber is asking the general public to submit questions for the candidates in advance. If you have questions you would like to be asked the night of the forum please submit them to the Chamber office at 211 Locust Street in Sterling by March 24^th. Questions can also be emailed to the Chamber at chamber@essex1.com.
