Is your trick or treater a cute fuzzy tiger or a scary ghost or goblin? A fantastic make-up is just as essential as the costume itself. Join University of Illinois Extension Master Gardeners and learn how to make your own Halloween make-up using common pantry items and take a sample with you. Define your inspiration, create your Halloween masterpiece! Registrations will be limited to COVID 19 guidelines. Please register by calling the library at: (815) 625 – 1370.
